The most popular saying that we heard in our childhood. The very first thing which made us know the importance of fruits in our diet. But we never implemented this thing in our lives. Nowadays, We are busy in our lives with work and competition of getting better day by day. Vegetables and fruits got replaced with packaged foods. The online food delivery apps are like a boon for us. We prefer to eat outside food over homemade food. And these unhealthy eating habits result in hazardous toxins in our body which leads to chronic diseases.

Healthy Eating Habits nowadays has become the most trending talk of the town. After all, it is better to add a healthy diet instead of medicines. The more we eat healthily, we feel fit. Let us have a look at the following healthy eating tips:

1. A Big Yes to Fruits!!

Fruits are rich in all types of vitamins and minerals. How about having a fruit bowl in the morning Breakfast? As they are rich in minerals, they provide a large amount of energy and reduces obesity risks. Some fruits act as antioxidants that help in blood circulation.

2. Love for Vegetables.

An adequate amount of vegetables in a diet is like treasure in a chest. Green leafy vegetables are power-packed food that includes high fibre, enriched with vitamin and mineral. Plus, they have low calories, which helps in reducing the risk of obesity and heart diseases.

3. Hydrating Agent Water.

With a proper diet, a sufficient intake of water also matters. Reports recommend drinking at least 7–8 glasses of water per day. Water helps in the detoxification process of the body. Drinking water before and after 30 minutes of the meal helps in the proper digestion process.

4. Intake of Proteins.

With vitamins and minerals, Proteins are necessary for a healthy body. Make sure to have healthy protein on the plate. Pulses,

Eggs, low-fat dairy products, seafood, meat are highly rich in proteins. A sufficient amount of protein helps in weight loss, but if intake is excess, it may have its side-effects.

It is always good to do any work in a preplanned way. The same goes for the diet!! Proper meal time, keeping the body hydrated, amount of food and what type of food to consume improves body functioning.
